About Powder Coat
Powder coat goes on as a dry, free-flowing powder, then gets baked under heat until it turns into a tough, even film. The result is a finish tougher than conventional paint. At Seaver, we run it on a line built from the ground up to handle demanding schedules, repeat programs, and large parts.
Step #1
Parts get multi-stage Zirconium pretreatment and final RO rinse to prepare the surface for adhesion.
Step #2
In our powder booth, automatic and manual guns electrostatically apply the coating.
Step #3
Heat in the cure oven causes the powder to flow and form a continuous, protective finish.
Step #4
Parts move through cooling and on to packaging.

No. High volume is our bread and butter, but we also run smaller projects and one-off job shop orders. If you need a custom schedule—short lead times or negotiated daily turns—we'll meet your timeline.
Can I get extra corrosion protection?
We're built for speed. We offer customized scheduling with short lead times, and we can negotiate daily turns to fit your needs.
What about shipping?
We can negotiate trucking as part of your quote package, and we run six shipping docks with dock-to-dock turnaround to keep things moving.
How do you handle quality?
We're ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified, CQI-12 compliant, and we run a robust QMS with positive recall of production and quality records.
